Baked Chicken Spaghetti...




You will need:
2lb. chicken breast, chopped fine
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can French Fried onions (I didn't use)
1 can chopped pimento (I didn't use)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small can sliced mushrooms
7 or 8 oz. box of spaghetti noodles (I use wheat)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup


What to do:

Cook the chicken breasts; save the broth to cook noodles in. Cook noodles until tender. Mix green pepper, onions, pimento, celery and mushroom soups with noodles. Place in Baking dish; cover with cheese. Bake on 250 for 1 1/2 hrs.



I Served with a Spinach Salad! Yum Yum! :) It was also good the next day heated in the oven...as im not big on a lot of leftovers.
